Dr. Sanjiv Gulati
B.Sc., B.D.S.
Dr. Sanjiv Gulati graduated in the year 1983 from Bapuji Dental College, Davengere, Karnataka. He furthered his education by attending numerous workshops in Dental Implants and Aesthetic Dentistry under the guidance of internationally renowned speakers.
He joined Civil Defence in 1997 and has been serving as the Chief Warden for Civil Defence Gorakhpur since 2005. He has been awarded with the ‘President’s Home Guard and Civil Defence Medal for Meritorious Service’ (2006) and ‘Distinguished Service’ (2013).
He was awarded the 'Gorakhpur Ratna' in 2021 by the Honourable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Adityananth Ji Maharaj, being the only awardee from the field of healthcare field.

Dr. Surekha Gulati
B.D.S.
Dr. Surekha Gulati completed her dental education as a Gold Medalist from Government Dental College, Bangalore. She started as a Senior Resident in Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi, gaining experience in Oral Surgery, and later worked at Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi.
She excels in root canal treatments and restorative dentistry. Dr. Surekha strives to make dental visits a low-stress experience with minimal discomfort, prioritizing the highest quality care.

Dr. Shubhav Gulati
M.D.S. – Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Dr. Shubhav Gulati is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and Oral Implantologist. He obtained his BDS from Nair Hospital Dental College, Mumbai, and his Master's Degree from Government Dental College, Trivandrum.
He specializes in surgeries of the Head and Neck, including traumas, fractures, and oral cancer. He is a certified Implantologist from the International Implant Foundation (Germany) and is pioneering Dental Implants in Gorakhpur.
He has been recognized for his excellence by the Honourable Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Brajesh Pathak.

Dr. Isha Jain Gulati
M.D.S. – Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics
Dr. Isha is a Gold Medalist from KLE University, Karnataka. She specializes in Orthodontics (Braces) and is a Certified Invisalign provider. She is also associated with Savitri Hospital, treating Cleft Lip and Palate patients for free with Smile Train.
She specializes in Lingual Orthodontics and Smile Designing using Veneers and Implants. She has surgically corrected many patients with facial deformities and is a frequent speaker at international conferences.
